PRODUCT MANAGER IV

The Product Manager IV will manage all aspects of product strategy, development, and marketing within the Aerospace, Defense, & Marine business unit, focusing on driving sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities:

• Gather product specification and product attribute information for the development of marketing collateral, including e-catalog
• Work with the engineering team to ensure products are released on time and per customer requirements
• Maintain industry, technical, application knowledge and other skills to increase personal effectiveness
• Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc
• Provide product information to customers and/or the sales team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• 8+ years' experience, including 3+ years of product management, sales, business development or other relevant experience
• Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts
• Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, high-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Advanced presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to foster understanding and acknowledgment of critical information both up and down the organization
• Relevant product or industry experience, strongly preferred
