Avoma is an intelligent meeting assistant for teams looking to automate some of the common tasks required for customer-focused meetings. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of product marketing efforts, focusing on product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy to drive user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience
- Oversee the creation of impactful messaging and positioning for product launches and updates
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and product development
- Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement tools, training programs, and resources that enhance selling effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to evolve marketing strategies
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the product development process
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
