Job Description:

• A Project Manager in Application Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, overseeing the build and support of middleware components, and reviewing & implementing monitoring requirements.
• They also manage the transition from build to run and operate phases, ensuring smooth operations and incident management.
• The role requires strong leadership in incident, problem, and change management during the run and operate phase.
• Additionally, the Project Manager determines and tracks scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies relating to projects, creating a governance to report progress.
• They are constantly on the lookout for areas for implementing automation & new technologies & thereby bring in productivty improvements.
• They proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed
