Technical Product Manager

Ocho is a leading company in agentic AI, seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive their product roadmap. This role involves translating the CEO's vision into actionable plans and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative AI/ML features.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the technical product roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business goals
• Translate the CEO's vision into clear plans for engineering, CX, and go-to-market
• Partner with engineering on architecture decisions, technical tradeoffs, and delivery
• Drive AI/ML feature development — defining evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and iteration cycles
• Wrangle cross-functional complexity and keep execution on track
• Define product metrics and use data to guide decisions
• Input into the Product Designer hire and shape how the product team grows

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management with a track record on technical or AI-driven products
• Strong agentic AI and LLM experience — essential, not a nice-to-have
• Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
• Outstanding programme management — you bring structure and follow-through
• Builder mentality: comfortable being strategic and in the weeds simultaneously
• Low ego, collaborative, and a strong communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
• US-based, Pacific to Eastern time zone flexibility
