FedTec is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to work remotely, serving as the primary point-of-contact for the day-to-day management of task activities and issues while interfacing with government customers. The role involves leading a contractor team, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and managing program activities to achieve project effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the day-to-day management of task activities and issues, directly interfacing with government customers
- Lead contractor team to ensure tasks are performed in compliance with project requirements and the Quality Control Plan
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of deliverables and contract invoices
- Participate in, and often facilitate, team meetings and customer meetings
- Coordinate with the government Contracting Officer’s Representative and develop consensus between contractor and customer
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to achieve a higher level of project effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Report on program tasks, issues, problems, accomplishments, and financial status
- Develop level of effort estimates for special projects or new tasks
- Responsible for program management, including project/program planning and execution, financial management, risk/issues/opportunities management, staff/personnel management, procurements, subcontractor management, quality, security, communications, and reporting, with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance
Requirements:
- Organizes directs and manages tasks and operations
- Supports functions involving ServiceNow with multiple work streams
- Experience providing oversight on the following types of projects: Information Technology web projects, design, upgrades, migrations, risk mitigation, DevOps, using Scrum\Agile, and Section 508
- Experience guiding medium to large-sized projects
- 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry
- Bachelor's or master's degree in management information systems or a related field
