The Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: French / English) role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support through various communication channels while working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language (French or English)
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
Requirements:
- The ability to speak fluent French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
