Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst

Dev Technology is a growing IT company that focuses on mission-critical projects for the federal government. They are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst to support a software development team by gathering and documenting requirements, creating wireframes, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting requirements
• Support the team in the creation of wireframes
• Assist in the creation of test documentation
• Create technical documentation
• Provide Tier I customer support

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Must possess or must be able to obtain a DHS ICE final clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Demonstrates attention to detail, a high degree of maturity and professionalism, and logical thinking; excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve issues, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Development/technical background with exposure to React, Node.js, and GitHub
• Experience with AWS Cloud Tools
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Desire to work with a team in a wide variety of capacities to ensure team success
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly
• Excellent diplomacy and communication skills with both clients and technical staff
• Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Ability and desire to work independently, provide ideas for process improvement
• Ability and desire to help guide others in their career development needs
• Ability to obtain the required government security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship
• Knowledge of software development concepts and best practices is a plus
