Senior Product Designer

Multi Media, LLC is the company behind Chaturbate, one of the most heavily trafficked live streaming platforms in the world. The role of the Senior Product Designer involves creating intuitive and thoughtful experiences for users, conducting research, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the ideation of new products and features that solve our users’ problems
• Design elegant, simple user interfaces
• Build user-centric prototypes
• Conduct user research and split testing on new design features
• Collect stakeholder and cross-functional team feedback to create and execute new solutions for the product
• Write detailed UI/UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers and articulate rationale behind your concepts and designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction field
• Experience working with a consumer-facing product
• Experience with tools like Figma or Sketch
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills
• Hands-on experience conducting usability research and applying findings to improve product experiences
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making with research-backed insights
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product experiences or interest in designing for emerging technologies
