Samsara is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, helping organizations improve their physical operations through IoT data. The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager for New Products will design and run demand generation programs to accelerate growth for new offerings, collaborating with various teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the demand generation strategy for new offerings and support the business in hitting key commercial milestones
- Drive pipeline and revenue by designing and launching multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, direct mail and more, with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Partner with Sales, PMM, Customer Success, and channel owners to plan and execute integrated motions across the customer lifecycle
- Pilot and scale new motions/channels to unlock efficient growth, using insights from data analysis to inform our experimentation strategy
- Define test plans, instrumentation, and reporting cadences to create best-in-class prospect and customer experiences
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Requirements:
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles
- Experienced at leveraging AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns, build agentic workflows, and boost productivity
- Proven track record in building multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo or equivalent; Salesforce)
- Strong analytical rigor; skilled at experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- High ownership, bias to action, and accountability in fast-moving environments
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Blends analytical depth with creative execution; expert in B2B tech marketing and growth levers
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python (or equivalent) for analysis and experimentation
- Background in management consulting, analytics, or similar problem-solving roles
- Strong writing skills with experience creating content for emails, webinars, webpages, or blogs
- Thrives in 0→1 environments; comfortable operating in a startup-within-an-enterprise context
- Experience with Databricks (or similar data platforms) and advanced Salesforce usage
