Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is a leader in the medical device industry, developing innovative technologies and solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Program Manager responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives and promotions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns and manage promotional calendars across multiple channels
- Lead monthly marketing initiatives to include creation of assets, messaging and communications
- Manage promotions; ensure set up and tracking in database
- Create promotional communications and circulate to sales team
- Support sales operations; ensure materials are current and accurate, deliver reports on market trends, positioning and pricing
- Monitor marketing material inventory and maintain order forms
- Create and assign marketing part numbers, manage and track
- Influencer program management: coordinate timeline, deliverables and ensure alignment of content
- Provide marketing materials and presentations for industry events and meetings
- Plan and develop brand awareness initiatives
- Manage loyalty programs, provide marketing communications and related marketing materials
- Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive activity
- Attend conferences and industry events/tradeshows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
- Min. 5+ years of Marketing Program (Loyalty and Promotions) experience required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Marketing background within aesthetics, skincare, or medical industries is a plus but not required
