About this role
Role Overview
Providing customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text.
Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
Providing technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.
Works with Manager and collaborates with other specialization teammates.
Solves problems while able to anticipate additional needs/requests.
Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
Candidates must already be located in or around the Nashville, TN area.
SAP experience preferred.
