About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and assist with metrics to ensure successful delivery of our products
- Collaborate closely with customers, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs
- Translate high-level product goals into clear and actionable epics and user stories
- Prioritize user stories based on factors such as business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Develop release plans that minimize disruptions for end-users and maximize the value of each release
- Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to resolve any issues or bugs that may arise
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of software (SaaS) product management experience
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products
- Experience working with remote teams and contract development teams
- Experience working with Product Management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
