Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AWS AI Cloud Engineer who can develop end-to-end GenAI solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role involves creating systems that address client challenges using modern technologies and ensuring the solutions consider architecture and future enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end GenAI solution in a fast, agile environment
- Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready
- Familiarity with cutting-edge GenAI technologies, with a focus on enterprise-scale optimizations and modernizations for an operational system
- Identify needed system improvements and help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
- Ensure the solution developed by the team considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with software, including cloud first development approach
- 2+ years of experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM deployment
- 2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS or EKS, Amazon Bedrock, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM policies, security groups, and network security
- Experience working with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS, and container orchestration
- Experience with developing and deploying production geospatial applications from concept to Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation
- Experience with API management including batching, caching, throttling, and rate limiting
- Experience with LangGraph or LangChain
- Experience leading technical initiatives in large-scale environments
- Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
- AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer Certification
- IAT Level II+ Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification
