IT Systems Engineer Lead

As an IT Systems Engineer Lead on the Integration Services team, you will ensure the reliability and performance of integration platforms while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies such as API Gateway and Cloud Integration platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our integration platforms
• Work with and support rapidly evolving technologies within the integration space
• Provide production support and participate in cross-technology training and knowledge sharing
• Participate in the on-call support rotation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems
• Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of 6 years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems
• Participation in the on-call support rotation required
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need or potential need, of current or future sponsorship for employment
• Experience with scripting for automation or operational tasks, including supporting containerized environments
• Familiarity with integration infrastructure, including AI Gateway solutions
• Ability to leverage AI tools to increase productivity and operational efficiency (strong plus)
• Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud platforms, including Terraform and cloud support such as AWS, Azure, and OpenStack or OpenShift
• Knowledge of the MuleSoft technology stack (strong plus)
