SR Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a Product & Technology Analytics team focused on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys deep problemsolving, and can confidently tell highimpact stories with data. You will work closely with product, personalization, and content teams to evaluate performance, test hypotheses, and identify opportunities for growth.

What You ll Do

• Experimentation & A/B Testing:
  Support the design, analysis, and interpretation of experiments. Partner with stakeholders to ensure experiments are structured to deliver meaningful, actionable insights.
• Business Performance Reporting & Visualization:
  Build and maintain endtoend dashboards that help crossfunctional teams understand platform performance. Investigate metrics that are ahead or behind expectations and recommend actions.
• DeepDive Analysis:
  Use advanced analytical techniques (statistical modeling, experimentation, causal inference) to analyze user behavior and uncover patterns.
• Opportunity Identification & Sizing:
  Support forecasting and opportunity sizing to help teams evaluate tradeoffs, prioritize investments, and set performance targets.
• Ownership:
  Manage analytics projects independently, from discovery through delivery, with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience
• Proven experience building endtoend dashboards
• Strong experience with Tableau or Looker
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts (confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, regression)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present insights to diverse audiences
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python and/or R
• Strong background in A/B testing
• Experience supporting product or digital analytics teams
• Master s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, or a related field
