Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Retirement & Recordkeeping)

Role Summary
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with extensive expertise in the U.S. Retirement and Recordkeeping domain. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience working with enterprise-level recordkeeping platforms, driving business analysis, solution design, and successful delivery across retirement-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
- Work on initiatives involving recordkeeping platforms such as Omni, Relius, and TRAC
- Support plan onboarding activities, including data mapping and payroll integration
- Interpret plan documents, legal provisions, and service agreements for accurate system configuration
- Contribute to enhancements in Sponsor, Participant, and Advisor digital experiences
- Perform impact analysis and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 15+ years of overall IT experience
- 8 10+ years of experience in the U.S. Retirement / Recordkeeping domain
- Strong understanding of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans
- Hands-on expertise in at least 2 3 of the following areas:
- Recordkeeping systems (e.g., Omni, Relius, TRAC)
- Plan onboarding and payroll integration
- Plan document analysis and legal/service provisions
- Digital experience platforms
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with large-scale recordkeeping clients or enterprise retirement platforms
- Exposure to end-to-end retirement platform implementations or transformation programs
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in retirement services
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
