JOB PURPOSE: Member of the Norcross Facility Technical Staff reporting to the Quality Manager. Responsible for the day to day operation of the Norcross Facilities’ Quality Management System and its compliance to ISO-9001. Actively communicates and participates in a continuous improvement environment driving enhancements to current methods policies and procedures.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate degree or higher.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2-5 Years manufacturing experience

This role supports fast paced operations and is expected to be able to assess risk and impact on the facility for all types of nonconformities (supplier, customer complaints, internal process deviations or product defects) and drive the impacted cross-functional partners (includes operations, engineering) to develop needed solutions.
Included in the expectation is to be able to know when to escalate to ensure cross-functional teams can mitigate any high risks on time.
