We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts for the TikTok Global Functions, Marketing, and Operations business units. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process while acting as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders across Legal, Public Policy, Communications, and Brand. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Because of the global nature of our teams, this role heavily supports the EMEA region, with a specific focus on navigating complex talent markets across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan (METAP).
The ideal candidate is highly driven, eager to learn, and excited to tackle complex logistical challenges in emerging markets. You will work closely with the broader HR team servicing EMEA and play a direct role in hiring the talent that shapes TikTok's global compliance, safety, and business operations. This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract of 12 months based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers across Legal, Public Policy, and Operations to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
- Navigate complex cross-border hiring, demonstrating a strong understanding of regional nuances (visas, work councils, right-to-work, GDPR, etc.) across EMEA and METAP.
- Use various techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract top talent in competitive, niche markets.
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing technical skills and business acumen along with matching values within the TikTok environment.
- Provide an efficient and high-quality experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR colleagues locally and regionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
