Founding Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Xenios Technologies, Inc. is building a next-generation operating system for professionals across health, performance, and human optimization. The Founding Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end experience across the platform, working closely with leadership and engineering to create intuitive product experiences and design workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design product experiences across web and mobile
• Turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Create wireframes, flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Define and scale a cohesive design system
• Design for AI-assisted and automated user interactions
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship quickly and iterate
• Contribute to product thinking, not just execution
• Run lightweight user research and validate design decisions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showing shipped products (web and/or mobile)
• Experience designing complex or systems-heavy products
• Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure
• High taste and attention to detail
• Fast, iterative, and comfortable shipping imperfect v1s
• Strong communicator and collaborator with engineers
• Interested in AI-native products and emerging interaction patterns
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools
• Have contributed to a design system
• Have worked in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Are comfortable working closely with engineers
• Are open to an equity-based role at an early-stage company
• Can transition into a salaried role post-fundraise
• Experience in health, fitness, or performance products
• Experience in early-stage startups (0 → 1)
• Experience designing automation or AI-assisted workflows
• Experience building or maintaining design systems
