Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to work for one of their top global tech clients. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for Enterprise Retail partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow co-marketing relationships with top Enterprise Retail partners, developing annual and quarterly marketing strategies
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, CRM, social, and owned channels
- Partner closely with Sales, Creative, Paid Media, and Operations to deliver best-in-class marketing programs
- Measure and communicate campaign performance, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage campaign budgets, including tracking, pacing, and ROI optimization
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve performance and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing across consumer brands, tech companies, or agencies
- Proven track record of owning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and CRM channels
- Experience working in partner-facing or client-facing environments; retail experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
