Compunnel Inc. is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager II to lead and scale co-marketing initiatives with their Enterprise Retail partners. In this role, you will manage partner relationships and drive integrated marketing programs that align with both partner objectives and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow marketing relationships with key Enterprise Retail partners, acting as the primary marketing point of contact
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly co-marketing strategies aligned with partner and business goals
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution including concept development, production, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Partner closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage campaign budgets including spend tracking, pacing, and ROI optimization
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, profitability, and scalability of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within a consumer brand, tech company, media agency, or consultancy
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) and CRM/lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Experience working in client-facing or partner-facing roles, ideally with retail or e-commerce partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
