About this role
ALOIS Solutions is hiring a Project / Program Manager to lead high-impact sales and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. This role will drive revenue growth, customer retention, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic sales & GTM programs
- Partner with Sales/Marketing on campaigns, pricing, and growth initiatives
- Drive customer retention and expansion strategies using data insights
- Work in a highly cross-functional, enterprise environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Program/Project Management (Sales/GTM focus preferred)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Healthcare Tech
- Strong stakeholder management & analytical skills
