ViB is a leading marketing services and demand generation partner for high-tech B2B companies. The company is seeking highly motivated Account Executives to build and own a book of business, engaging and closing new prospect accounts while exceeding sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own a book of business by prospecting, engaging and closing new prospect accounts, from an assigned territory, to consistently exceed sales quota
- Prioritize and map accounts, perform constant outreach and discovery, uncover needs and pain points, gain trust, nurture them through the sales process from initial programs, to renewal, and strategically grow your accounts
- Maintain a healthy new business pipeline ($100k+ pipeline created per week) through strong prospecting motions and by keeping momentum in every step of the process with a well-designed plan for success
- Build and deliver solid business case presentations, leverage outbound prospecting tools, tech and channels as well as internal content and strong messaging to consistently achieve meetings, pipeline, and quota targets
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, deploy strong sales plays, and follow a proven sales process
- Develop a deep understanding of ViB products and services, our market, our clients, and competitive offerings. Understand why clients win with ViB and bring these stories to life with prospects to close new business
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, preferably with experience selling marketing, media, or lead generation services
- Must have experience and demonstrated success in prospecting, closing, retaining and growing accounts
- Must be highly motivated and organized with a strong work ethic
- Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative team environment but can also work independently
- Experience selling to and supporting mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated record of hitting quota consistently in previous roles
- Comfortable selling to marketing and demand gen leaders
- Driven by process and a fundamentally sound sales approach
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills via email, text, presentations, and proposals with the ability to articulate impact with brevity
- Coachable with constant desire to learn, grow, and collaborate
- Optimistic and tenacious outlook while maintaining a competitive mindset
