About this role
Wellington Executive Search is representing a growing manufacturer of flavors for various food and beverage producers. They are seeking a sales professional with experience in flavor sales to generate new business within the targeted market segment and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years minimum prior experience working for a manufacturer of FLAVORS in an outside sales role
- A proven successful track record of generating new business within the targeted market segment (Beverages, Confections, Bakery items, Dairy products, Nutraceuticals)
- Current and relevant knowledge of customers within the targeted territory
- A confident and hard-working attitude. Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who wants to run their own business and make important decisions that affect the business. Someone who thrives under a system that pays uncapped commissions
- Excellent negotiation skills, writing and presentation of contracts, etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability and desire to travel as much as needed to get the job done

- You can live ANYWHERE along the East Cost of the USA for this job, but near a large city with a good airport would be desired
