Project Manager - Risk Management

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Holistic Site Risk Dashboard that consolidates operational and compliance risks. The role involves owning the initiative end-to-end, ensuring alignment to the ERM roadmap, and driving standardized risk visibility for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery activities to understand current risk visibility gaps and business needs
• Elicit and document user stories, prioritized personas, and key risk use cases
• Identify opportunity themes and map the current risk ecosystem (tools, reports, data sources)
• Partner with data and risk teams to develop a high-level data profile, highlighting accessibility and standardization gaps
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define and prioritize business needs
• Partner with stakeholders to develop a clear problem statement and value hypothesis
• Drive alignment on scope, success criteria, and what “good” looks like
• Clearly frame the opportunity statement to guide MVP design and funding decisions
• Define and document MVP scope, including target users, initial risk views, and data requirements
• Develop funding materials that articulate value, scope, timeline, and dependencies
• Support leadership decision-making by clearly linking MVP outcomes to business value
• Own delivery of the MVP prototype and pilot deployments
• Partner with technology, data, and security teams to define: Data requirements and metrics, Taxonomy and standardization rules, Accessibility and role-based access controls
• Validate that the solution delivers against the approved value hypothesis
• Lead planning and execution for broader deployment following pilot success
• Develop and maintain solution specifications and delivery roadmap
• Own the benefits realization plan and KPI tracking
• Manage backlog, iterations, and enhancements to improve risk visibility and adoption
• Define future phases to enable integration and aggregation of risks for prioritization
• Ensure roadmap alignment with ERM maturity goals and enterprise risk strategy
• Identify incremental opportunities to improve comparability, intelligence, and decision support

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role
• Proven experience delivering data, dashboard, platform, or risk-related initiatives
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, and execution management
• Experience managing discovery-heavy initiatives with evolving scope
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level delivery updates
• Experience in risk management, compliance, ERM, or operational risk domains
• Familiarity with data governance, taxonomy standardization, and KPI definition
• Experience working with cross-sector or enterprise-wide stakeholders
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience
• PMP, CBAP, or similar certification a plus
