Financial & Budget Management Analyst - L4 - PAT-OM-FBM4-0004

Integrated Intel Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to lead key financial management activities for a program or group of programs. This role involves providing in-depth analysis of budgets, justifying resource allocations to stakeholders, and serving as a financial expert to the government Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Leading internal program build activities, including budget analysis, planning events, and the creation of detailed documentation packages
• Leading the effort to justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies
• Supporting the development and preparation of budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal responses to inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress
• Conducting complex financial data analysis, identifying multi-year trends, and generating detailed reports using automated tools and databases
• Providing expert support and recommendations to Program Managers in the development and implementation of fiscal execution spend plans, including strategies for handling funding shortfalls
