ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, build, and support secure, scalable cloud solutions for government and commercial clients. The role involves collaborating with architects and DevSecOps teams to implement cloud-native architectures and modernize legacy platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
- Build and maintain cloud‑native solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- Support application and data migrations to cloud platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance, security controls, and best practices
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cost and reliability
- Document architectures, configurations, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility
- 2+ years of experience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Prior experience supporting federal or DoD programs, preferably DCSA
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
- Experience with Linux and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
