Essential Job Duties:
Act as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, financial analysis, Internal PR and Research to coordinate the completion of financial, marketing, and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
Assist Analysts/Brokers in creating content for OM’s and coordinate with third party graphics team in creating OM’s. Collect, review and react to OM draft comments from analysts/brokers prior to sending to third party graphics team for implementation.
Create teasers and landing pages for active listings in Revere (or otherwise).Track and implement teaser e-blast schedule.
Track and maintain team pipelines to monitor transaction progress and ensure critical dates are being met. Submit monthly pipeline to management upon request.
Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings, arranging reservations, hiring vendors, renting venues, as well as travel arrangements as needed.
