A Specialty Path to Whole-Person Health
Upperline Health is a leading multispecialty care group delivering comprehensive, whole-person care in specialty settings. We meet patients where they are—providing convenient, affordable care close to home while addressing not just the immediate issue, but the full health picture behind it. Founded in 2017 to change the way specialty care is delivered, Upperline brings together physicians, advanced practice providers, and an integrated care team to focus on root causes, improve outcomes, and keep patients healthier for the long term.
For patients who qualify, Upperline Plus extends this model even further. Upperline Plus is our value-based care program, designed to provide personalized, preventive support beyond the clinic walls. Patients keep the doctors they know, while gaining 24/7 access to a dedicated care team that checks in between visits, coordinates across providers, and helps make sense of their care.
At Upperline, we do more than treat conditions. We deliver care that stays with you.
Upperline Health Plus is seeking a Primary Care Medical Assistant who delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a value-based practice.
In our patient-centered and outcomes-driven environment, the Medical Assistant supports patients in the clinic by rooming patients, obtaining medical history, and taking vital signs, while also ensuring care beyond the visit through proactive outreach and care coordination.
The Medical Assistant provides direct support to the Upperline Plus Primary Care Provider to ensure efficient clinic operations and effective team-based care.
The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working at the top of their scope in a collaborative care model. Compassion, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
Medical Assistants play a vital role in Upperline Health’s value-based care model. By supporting preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination, this role directly contributes to improved patient outcomes, reduced care gaps, and an enhanced patient experience.
This position goes beyond traditional clinical support—it is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and help ensure they receive coordinated, whole-person care over time.
Individuals who are compassionate, organized, adaptable, and motivated by making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives will thrive in this role. Successful candidates enjoy working in fast-paced environments, value collaboration, and are committed to continuous learning and patient advocacy.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with similar roles in the region, based on prior training and experience.
