Lumivero is the leading provider of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method data intelligence solutions. They are seeking a results-oriented Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing to lead and evolve their product strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market capability across their software portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Own the portfolio-level product roadmap across Core products (Research, Decision, ELC) and AI Lab products, translating the CTransO's multi-year vision into sequenced, feasibility-validated commitments
- Lead roadmap prioritization processes that balance customer retention, competitive differentiation, tech debt reduction, and AI-native capability development
- Coordinate AI feasibility for roadmap commitments with the Chief AI Officer's team, and delivery capacity with the CTO's Engineering organization
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across Core and AI Lab product tracks, ensuring the two compound rather than compete for organizational attention
- Own product positioning and messaging frameworks across the full portfolio — the foundation for all customer-facing content, Sales enablement, and campaign execution
- Lead product launch and release GTM planning and execution across all product lines and lifecycle stages
- Own pricing and packaging strategy and recommendations, in collaboration with Finance and the CTransO
- Drive competitive intelligence, analyst relations strategy, and customer advisory board programs
- Oversee SKU creation and maintenance across product lines, ensuring accuracy across ecommerce and direct sales channels
- Manage product presence across review and reputation platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius)
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales and CS enablement capability — including positioning decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, demo scripts, and product update briefings
- Ensure Sales and Customer Success are briefed on every significant product update before it ships, not after
- Serve as a product expert resource for strategic and complex deals that require depth beyond the PMM team
- Oversee the product management interface to the Lumivero AI Lab — ensuring AI Lab products are built toward clear market outcomes and progress through the product lifecycle
- Own the go-to-market readiness standard for AI Lab product graduation — positioning brief complete, Sales briefed, pricing confirmed, and enablement produced as non-negotiable gate conditions
- Manage co-innovation relationships with strategic customers
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of product managers and product marketers, organized around Lumivero's three lines of business
- Define and maintain the product management and product marketing operating standards — including what great looks like for a roadmap, a positioning brief, a launch plan, and a release operation
- Build distinct career paths for product managers and product marketers
- Own product operations tooling, release coordination processes, and the cross-functional interface with Engineering and Corporate Marketing
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning both product management and product marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of owning and executing product strategy across a multi-product portfolio at different lifecycle stages simultaneously
- Direct experience building and leading go-to-market programs: launch execution, pricing and packaging, sales enablement, and competitive positioning
- Experience managing AI-enabled or AI-adjacent product development, including familiarity with staged product lifecycle models
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to align Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around a shared product and market narrative
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent complex product strategy clearly at the executive and board level
- Experience in research, decision intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise software markets
- Background working in a PE-backed, high-growth software company navigating portfolio consolidation or platform transition
- Familiarity with AI Lab or innovation program structures, including co-innovation and customer validation models
- Experience with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework or similar structured product marketing methodologies
