Red Ventures is seeking a Head of Organic Growth to lead and scale channels for organic customer acquisition for Bankrate. This leadership role involves developing strategies across organic social, PR, SEO, and digital communications to enhance Bankrate's organic presence and drive audience and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define the unified organic growth roadmap across organic social, PR, SEO, AEO, and digital communications
- Stand up Bankrate’s organic social function from the ground up
- Lead proactive and reactive earned media efforts that build Bankrate’s brand authority
- Oversee the strategy to maintain Bankrate’s dominance in traditional search
- Own the measurement framework for organic media
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing organic growth team
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in organic/earned channels
- 4+ years leading teams
- Experience in building and scaling organic growth functions
- Understanding of how to build an organic social presence from scratch
- Experience defining platform strategies and establishing brand voice on social
- Ability to see organic growth as an integrated ecosystem
- Understanding of the SEO and AEO landscape
- Ability to set strategy, manage talent, and make smart investment decisions
- Experience using AI in day-to-day operations
- Ability to articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Builder mentality with experience creating structure in ambiguous situations
