PlaceOS is an innovative company focused on integrating AI into the built environment, aiming to enhance how spaces respond to human needs. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee project delivery for their US client base and support regional expansion, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise deployments — from scoping through go-live
- Coordinate scheduling, resourcing, and timelines across internal teams and external partners
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for US clients during implementation
- Manage stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and support to keep projects on track and clients happy
- Flag risks early and drive resolution without hand-holding
Requirements:
- Background in project management — in SaaS, proptech, AV/IT integration, or enterprise software
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments
- Strong communicator — clear, direct, no fluff
- Self-managing and timezone-aware (you'll work with teams in Australia and the Middle East)
- PMP or similar certification a plus, not required
