GoGoGrandparent is dedicated to helping older adults live independently at home. The Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution for the Home Services department, managing the entire product lifecycle to enhance service adoption and user trust.
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and development roadmaps for Home Services
- Build product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI for Home Services initiatives
- Design and optimize the customer journey
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to uncover pain points and prioritize service categories (e.g., cleaning, handyman, yard-work, personal assistant, caregiver)
- Analyze funnel metrics, cohort retention, and repeat usage to guide growth strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in the development, QA, and release of products
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle product development in a non-managerial role
- Highly competent in writing SQL queries to generate and explore data
- Data analysis experience, able to crunch numbers in spreadsheets comfortably to assist with decision making
- Skilled in running AB tests (pricing, engagement, provider incentives)
- Keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
