AI Agent Engineer

SimpleCiti Companies is building a fleet of autonomous AI agents to function as team members across a multi-entity organization. The role involves building, deploying, calibrating, and maintaining these agents to ensure they operate at production quality across various environments.

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and deploy AI agents across multiple orchestration frameworks and runtimes
• Manage full agent lifecycle: setup, calibration with human teams, monitoring, and optimization
• Integrate agents with core systems (email, telephony, CRM, scheduling, automation tools)
• Maintain agent performance: uptime, memory integrity, and correct self-update behavior
• Enforce cross-entity governance, routing, and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot runtime, integration, and credential issues across environments
