As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with healthcare organizations to provide innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and loyalty while developing relationships that promote portfolio growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers that promote portfolio development, expansion, retention and loyalty
- Strategize with Growth Team members to devise and facilitate customer success plans
- Team with multiple decision-makers to implement customer success strategies
- Participate in solution and industry training and advance expertise through continuous learning opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Healthcare experience a plus
- The ability to travel up to 30%
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated interest in and aptitude for customer service and sales
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred
- High learning agility and ability to think critically
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
- A valid driver's license is required
- Experience with a CRM system
