
Position Summary
This position would work closely with different Human Resources Teams and Hiring Managers to assist with the onboarding process across their assigned service territory and best prepare new employees for their respective work function. You will also assist with creating and reviewing internal communications. Additional responsibilities with various Human Resources initiatives and projects will also be included. This job is on-site in Winston Salem, NC reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator.
Support and assist within the hiring process for Pike field and corporate applicants.
Help with system training for hiring managers around the onboarding process through Oracle Recruiting.
Travel to Pike locations for orientation as needed (minimal).
Conduct corporate orientation for Charlotte, NC office.
Support and lead the corporate orientation process.
Act as a main point of contact for new hires and hiring managers through the onboarding process.
Continuously explore ways to improve the employee experience, employee engagement, and guide retention efforts.
Help with internal communications by:
Moderating and creating content
Managing data
Working with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve engagement
1-2 years of experience in the general functions of Human Resources.
Consistently demonstrate professionalism in communication, conduct and workplace interactions.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft programs, with experience using editing and creative platforms such as Canva.
Comfortable with supporting management.
Experience with identifying and resolving problems promptly.
Must be willing to travel and work outside of normal work hours when needed.
ATS Platform experience (Oracle preferred).
