Senior Product Manager, AI Member Experience

Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world, seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance and expand its platform. The role involves driving AI product development to create engaging user experiences and utilizing data-driven strategies to improve user retention and product stickiness.

Responsibilities:

• Create Insight-to-Action Product Experiences
• Drive Engagement-Centric Roadmap Strategy
• Develop AI-Powered UX Benchmarking
• Data Driven Product Development
• Product-Led Growth Strategy

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of software Product Development experience ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products
• At least 4 years focused on how to optimize AI-driven user engagement
• Ability to combine a strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes to customers and the business
