They are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Operations Manager to drive efficiency, cost, and quality improvements across their delivery team while tackling complex operational problems.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Flock has the infrastructure and operational processes in place to scale rapidly
- Drive efficiency, cost, and quality improvements across the delivery team
- Spot deficiencies in current processes and implement improvements that scale
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Launch solutions quickly, test them, and make changes as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve existing operations workflows and drive better quality outcomes for customers while lowering cost for the business
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve some of the most pressing and complex problems the company faces in delivering products to customers
- Analyze data and build reporting to drive cost improvements across the delivery team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a high-growth, high ambiguity, yet operationally rigorous environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills - you have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excellent operational acumen - you are able to spot deficiencies in current processes and implement improvements that scale
- High level of ownership - no problem is too big or outside of your scope. You are willing to jump in, help, and own the outcome
- Strong bias for action - You are able to launch solutions quickly, test them, and make changes as needed
- Analytics Driven - you are able to manipulate data to make insights and identify opportunities and solutions to problems
- Identify opportunities to improve existing operations workflows - ultimately you will be responsible for driving better quality outcomes for customers while also lowering cost for the business
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve some of the most pressing and complex problems the company faces in delivering products to our customers
