Founding Product Designer

DemaDose is building a B2B SaaS platform that enables business owners to generate their own mobile applications without writing code. They are seeking a Founding Product Designer to take full ownership of design across their products, influencing both UI/UX and overall product direction.

Responsibilities:

• Owning and evolving the existing design system across mobile and upcoming web platforms
• Improving and refining current UI/UX to meet production-level quality
• Designing new features and workflows as we expand core product capabilities
• Collaborating closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
• Contributing to product decisions, not just visual execution
• Establishing scalable design patterns and standards for future growth
• Laying the foundation for the design function as the company scales

Requirements:

• Strong experience in product design (UI/UX) for web and/or mobile applications
• Ability to take ownership of a product area with minimal guidance
• Experience working on real, shipped products (not just concepts or mockups)
• Solid understanding of design systems, usability, and product thinking
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments with evolving requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams
• Immediate start preferred
