They are seeking a Senior Client Services Project Manager to lead complex projects focused on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-level client services projects
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and execution
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scientific and technical solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices
- Mentor and support team members to drive operational excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in project management in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries or Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale enterprise software projects from inception through delivery
- Advanced technical expertise in scientific software implementation, validation, and quality management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across multiple organizational levels
- Experience driving process improvements and supporting team development
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and revenue tracking)
- Advanced understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise/project management systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
