Role Overview
- Ensure Autodesk customers have access to all software products purchased
- Troubleshoot Autodesk back-office systems
- Communicate with customers/partners via phone, chat, and email
- Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction
- Investigate and respond to support needs
- Provide information on Autodesk Account features and capabilities
- Conduct "how to" sessions with customers and partners
- Be subject matter expert in Autodesk policies, processes, and tools
- Deliver partner onboarding and training
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Ability to identify trends and propose solutions to recurring problems
- Microsoft Office skills
- Live customer support experience
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent in French
- Knowledge of another European language is beneficial (German/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese)
