Webflow Engineer (Frontend & CMS)

Infocusp Innovations is seeking a skilled Webflow Engineer to support and enhance an existing Webflow-based website. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality updates with speed and precision, partnering with Product and Design teams to implement improvements and optimize site performance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Design teams to plan and implement website improvements
• Maintain and optimize SEO best practices across the site
• Manage and update CMS-driven content, including blog and product-specific pages
• Ensure accurate tracking by validating GA/GTM events for key user interactions and CTAs
• Monitor and improve site performance, reliability, and responsiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and maintaining high-quality websites, including hands-on Webflow expertise
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering)
• Background working in fast-paced startups
• Experience with subscription-based or e-commerce website patterns
• Strong eye for UI/UX and attention to detail
