Syntes AI is at the forefront of the AI and Machine Learning revolution, offering a cutting-edge enterprise framework that integrates data management, AI/ML, and advanced analytics. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to play a critical role in expanding their customer base and driving sales efforts as the first BDR at the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers in our key target markets (CPG, e-commerce, retail, finance, healthcare) using tools like LinkedIn, 6sense, HubSpot, and industry databases
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate interest, schedule meetings, and qualify leads for the sales team
- Qualifying Opportunities: Understand prospect needs, business challenges, and AI/ML adoption goals to effectively qualify leads and set up successful handoffs to our sales executives
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise organizations, acting as the first point of contact
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies to grow our customer base
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities
- Results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or data management is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, etc.)
