They are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to work closely with Account Executives, identify and engage prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Research, build, and engage with targeted prospect lists using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce in accordance with agreed standards
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to understand client needs and communicate insights to the sales team and wider business
Requirements:
- Experience working in KPI-driven environments, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with new contacts
- Clear understanding of how personal KPIs align with broader sales objectives
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience using data and lead sourcing platforms for prospecting
- Highly desirable: Experience with Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, Groove)
