BX Studio is a digital agency and Webflow Enterprise Partner of the Year, specializing in creating high-performance websites and marketing solutions for B2B tech companies. They are seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing efforts, building channels and systems to drive growth and brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a monthly Partner Newsletter (agency news, recent work, relationship building) and a separate Marketing Newsletter (case studies, insights, industry events, curated reads)
- Own list segmentation, deliverability, and performance reporting across both tracks
- Plan, create, and publish a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Cover three content pillars: company news and culture, case studies and client wins, and thought leadership
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and inbound leads from social channels
- Lead the end-to-end case study production process—from client interviews through design and publishing
- Version each case study for the website, pitch decks, and social formats
- Maintain an always-current library that the sales team can pull from instantly
- Produce webinars that showcase BX Studio expertise, often co-hosted with clients or technology partners (e.g., Webflow)
- Manage promotion, registration, production logistics, and post-event content repurposing
- Develop long-form content assets—ebooks, guides, and reports—on topics where BX Studio has deep expertise (e.g., B2B website strategy, Webflow at scale, AEO)
- Build dedicated on-site capture flows (gated content, lead magnets) to convert traffic into pipeline
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at an agency, SaaS company, or professional services firm selling to tech or startup audiences
- Proven track record building and managing content programs across email, social, and long-form channels
- Strong writing and editorial skills—you can interview a client, draft a case study, and write a compelling LinkedIn post without heavy supervision
- Comfort operating as a team of one with the support of freelancers and AI-assisted workflows; you're resourceful and execution-oriented
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Webflow)
- Understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals and how content marketing drives organic pipeline
- Familiarity with the Webflow ecosystem, B2B tech startup landscape, or agency-side marketing
