mama health is a company focused on building an AI-driven analytics platform aimed at improving healthcare experiences. They are seeking a Head of Sales to own and build their US sales engine, particularly in the pharma sector, establishing relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own new business end-to-end: run enterprise sales cycles from first touch to close, setting the standard for how we sell into pharma
- Build and scale the US sales motion: define ICP, messaging, sales processes, and pipeline strategy tailored to pharma marketing and patient insights
- Act as a player-coach: close deals yourself while hiring, coaching, and enabling the next generation of Account Executives and BDRs
- Establish mama health in the US pharma ecosystem: build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry players
- Drive pipeline rigor and forecasting: implement structure, CRM discipline, and predictable revenue processes from day one
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing: bring market feedback into positioning, pricing, and product development
