What You Bring (Key Skills):
- Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis and leading medium-to-large scale IT projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in SaaS configuration, functional analysis, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in Hybrid Agile SDLC, with a sharp eye for creating user stories and workflow diagrams.
- Strategy: Experience facilitating requirement-gathering sessions and managing stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience within the healthcare industry is highly desired.
