Talent Groups is seeking a highly accomplished Salesforce Revenue Cloud Business Analyst to drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will own the product vision and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end product vision for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, from discovery through adoption and optimization
- Define and manage product roadmap, MVP scope, and phased rollout strategy
- Translate strategic business objectives into scalable Revenue Cloud capabilities across CPQ, Pricing, Contracts, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
- Act as Product Owner where required—driving backlog prioritization, value-based delivery, and release planning
- Lead greenfield discovery workshops to define current-state gaps and future-state Q2C processes
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure functional design accuracy and platform alignment
- Validate solution designs against regulatory, operational, and scalability requirements
- Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Build strong executive and operational relationships, managing expectations and driving consensus
- Facilitate decision-making by presenting clear trade-offs, impact analysis, and recommendations
- Lead customer demos, solution walkthroughs, and UAT cycles with confidence and clarity
- Support Agile delivery through PI planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and release readiness
- Ensure traceability from business objectives → requirements → configuration → testing
- Proactively identify scope risks, dependency gaps, and change impacts; drive controlled change management
- Partner with QA teams to validate end-to-end Q2C scenarios and integration touchpoints
- Support change management, training strategy, and user adoption planning
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure business value post go‑live
- Act as a steward for continuous improvement and platform evolution
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in enterprise CRM / ERP transformations
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Billing, experience in CPQ to revenue cloud Migration and implementation
- Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle, pricing models, subscriptions, and revenue processes
- Proven experience leading greenfield Salesforce implementations (mandatory)
- Demonstrated product management mindset with ownership of vision, roadmap, and outcomes
- Outstanding customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership, business SMEs, and technical teams
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive and customer audiences
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models
- Expertise in writing user stories, epics, business process flows, and solution documentation
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or Product Owner)
- Experience with integrations (ERP, Finance, Tax, Payments) in Q2C ecosystems
- Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and advanced pricing models
