• 5+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium to large-scale IT projects (Required)
• 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders to achieve business goals (Required)
• 5+ years of experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in creating User Stories (Required)
• 5+ years of strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills (Required)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels (Required)
• 5+ years of understanding of all phases of SDLC, preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment (Required)
• Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills (Required)
• Ability to develop productive relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams (Required)
• 5+ years of ability to manage projects to successful completion (Required)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond routine responsibilities (Required)
• High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative (Required)
• Ability to remain composed and controlled under challenging situations (Required)
• Experience with SaaS configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components (Required)
• Prior healthcare industry experience (Highly Desired)
• Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems (Desired)
