Video Interview

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to US Payroll and HCM modules
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US), Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation
• Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including deductions, taxes, and payroll processing
• Configure Payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, and costing
• Ensure compliance with US payroll legislation (Federal, State, Local taxes)
• Work on Payroll integrations with third-party systems (benefits, time & labor, finance)
• Perform data migration (HDL/HCM Extracts) and payroll validation
